Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YarnScope (the web app, the iOS app once released, the Android app once released) provided by DJUMP, MB. By using YarnScope, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using YarnScope, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
YarnScope is a yarn and fiber inventory tracker. Free tier: up to 50 yarns. Pro tier: unlimited yarns, ball-band OCR, project tracking, pattern matching. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are coming soon.
3. Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Tell us promptly at start@djump.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Free plan: free forever, up to 50 yarns. Pro plan: $3.99/month or local equivalent, billed via Stripe (web) or App Store / Google Play (mobile, via RevenueCat). Cancel any time; your data stays — over-limit entries become read-only on cancellation, never deleted.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use YarnScope to break laws, infringe IP, or abuse the service. Don't try to extract our OCR engine or scrape data wholesale.
6. Intellectual property
Your stash content belongs to you. The YarnScope name, design, code, and OCR models belong to DJUMP, MB.
7. Disclaimers
YarnScope is provided "as is." OCR accuracy is high but not perfect — always check important fields. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings or by writing to start@djump.io. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; we'll tell you why.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, with disputes resolved by the courts of Klaipėda — subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes
If we update these terms materially, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
